The Middle East headquarters of Julius Baer is located in the prestigious Brookfield Tower in DIFC Downtown. Spanning two floors, the area is partitioned into a client-facing zone on the 15th floor and a dedicated working zone on the 14th floor.
This project holds a special place among my achievements due to the intricate challenges associated with collaborating on a private bank's setup within a new structure. Numerous stakeholders were involved, necessitating coordination with the global team in Zurich to adhere to security protocols and corporate guidelines. The local team was responsible for overseeing the design details. Our collaboration extended to working closely with JLL's project management team, and 3rd party consultants engaged under SBID's scope.

ICD Brookfield is the latest premier lifestyle and leisure location in the Dubai Financial District.
A highly complex and very strict guideline and approval process added extra challenges with this building and due to our success in managing these requirements Julius Baer was the first of many projects in the building awarded to us.
