Residential Tower Development 

The Habtoor Penthouses, an epitome of opulence, within the uppermost seven floors of the iconic Habtoor Towers. the residences are thoughtfully divided, featuring VIP suites on the uppermost four floors. As one of three ascending penthouse suites  the design philosophy, consistently embracing opulence with uniform finishes, orchestrates a gradual elevation of grandeur on each ascending level.

For the VIP suites, the objective was to offer "the best penthouse in the world," the top floor unfolds as a full entertainment extravaganza, offering panoramic 360-degree views. The 3rd floor is dedicated to staff services to ensure seamless luxury, while the design of the lower 2 floors was within the design scope here. Here we sought to make bold use of expansive volumes. A suspended fireplace marble feature and a unique light installation inspired by rainfall become focal points, adding a touch of drama and luxury. Softened through the incorporation of natural materials and biophilic features, these design elements create a harmonious and lavish living environment within the prestigious Habtoor Towers.
